The website www.sarah-strassmann-fotografie.de is hosted by the Internet service provider 1&1. According to the provider, server locations are in Europe and in the USA.
A use of the website www.sarah-strassmann-fotografie.de is basically possible without the indication of personal data. Which personal data is collected when using this - as well as any other website - e.g. on the servers of the hoster is shown in the paragraph 'Server log-files'.

The personal details that are sent to Mailchimp when ordering the newsletter can be found in the entry form for registering to receive the newsletter.

An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address given during registration. This confirmation e-mail is used to check and confirm that the owner of the e-mail address has actually authorized the receipt of the newsletter (Double-Opt-In).
When registering for the newsletter, the IP address of the computer system used by the person concerned at the time of registration and the date and time of registration are also stored.
The collection of this data is necessary, among other things, in order to be able to trace any misuse of the e-mail address at a later point in time and to fulfil the documentation and information obligation towards the person concerned.
The personal data collected when registering for the e-mail newsletter will be used exclusively for sending the e-mail newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. The studio's newsletters sent in HTML format contain so-called tracking pixels. A pixel-code is an embedded miniature graphic that makes it possible to create a log file recording for statistical evaluations of the success or failure of sending an e-mail newsletter. For example, you can check whether the e-mail newsletter was delivered, whether the e-mail address still exists actively, whether and when the e-mail newsletter was opened and which links in the e-mail newsletter were called.
These personal data will also not be passed on to third parties. The consent to the storage and use of personal data can be revoked at any time via a corresponding link contained in each newsletter.

Studio Sarah Straßmann does not use automated decision making and/or profiling procedures.
